Karin Costello-Ritchie holds a degree in Interior Design from UCLA, brings over 25 years of industry
experience in the Southern California market and began her career as a designer in both Residential
and Commercial Interiors. Her focus and passion shifted toward Contract Furniture where she brought
her design talent, detailed project management skills and high level of customer service to the Dealer
side of our industry. In 1989 she joined (Reff) Knoll and for over 19 years worked with this highly
revered, global organization broadening her range of experience in Project Management,
Account Management, Sales, Marketing and Dealer Training. Karin appreciates bringing her creative
talent and tenacity to her valued customers and has earned her solid reputation with satisfied clients,
many of whom she considers friends.
Brett Ritchie brings over 30 years of extensive industry experience in Southern California and Nevada
markets having worked with respected Furniture Dealers in Project Management, Account Management
and Sales; as well he held key positions in both Operations and Installation Management for a large
Furniture Dealership. Additionally, his knowledge of the manufacturing side of the Contract Furniture
business includes Sales, Marketing, Management, Training and Furniture Design.
This vast experience gave Brett a clear understanding of all aspects of this business model and when
the opportunity to become an entrepreneur presented itself, he was well equipped.
He founded RC Associates in 2002 (re-branded with Karin as RC Partners in 2009) and recognizes what
it takes to see a project from concept to its completion while delivering superior service.
Together, their strength lies in a combined knowledge, experience, work ethic, and true passion all equaling great customer service.
